Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. We offer a free trial for both the Professional and Team plans. No credit card required to start your trial. You'll have access to all features of that plan during the trial period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Payments are processed through Toss Payments for Korean customers and Paddle for international customers.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account switches to the Free plan automatically. Projects and the current ERD remain in the owner's workspace. If a Team plan ends, team seat access is revoked, and member-specific undo and edit history, AI conversations and suggestions, and collaboration session data are deleted.
Do you offer educational discounts?
Yes. We offer 50% discount for students and educators with a valid .edu email address. We also have special pricing for non-profit organizations. Contact our support team to learn more.
