International purchases (processed by Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who also handles all refunds. Refunds for purchases made through Paddle are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy.

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Where local consumer protection laws grant you statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights (for example, 14 days in the EU/UK or 7 days in South Korea), those rights apply in full.
To request a refund, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your confirmation email, or visit paddle.net. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Purchases in South Korea (processed by TossPayments)

For purchases processed by TossPayments, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. In addition, you have a statutory right to cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Contact us at [email protected] with your payment date, and we will process refunds to your original payment method.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. When the subscription ends, your account switches to the Free plan automatically. Projects and the current ERD remain in the owner's workspace, and Free plan limits apply. If a Team plan ends, team seat access is revoked, and member-specific undo and edit history, AI conversations and suggestions, and collaboration session data are deleted.
